设计的实验装置由闭合激光束环线形成、测距传感器特性测试、应用实训和供电单元组成.激光器产生双束直角红色激光束,调整 2 个平面镜形成闭合警戒线;用红外、超声和激光测距传感器,输出模拟信号,改变测试间距,进行"距离—电压、距离的数码管和LCD屏显示"测试;压力、红外和超声距离传感器将采集信号传送至单片机进行处理、判读;反馈信号控制光耦和固态继电器,驱动舵机、步进电机、LED灯和语音模块,执行"超红灯-落阻拦杆"、"手脱离方向盘-制动转轮"、"跨越 1 米间距线-亮LED闪烁红灯"以及语音警示等动作.设计的实验装置具有模块化、操作性强、教学内容丰富等特点,应用前景广阔.
Design of integrated cross-line training device based on distance measurement and sensing
The experimental device is composed of closed laser beam ring formation,distance sensor characteristic test,application training and power supply unit.The laser produces a double right-an-gled red laser beam,and adjusts the 2 planar mirrors to form a closed cordon.Using infrared,ultra-sonic and laser ranging sensors,the analog signal is output,the test spacing is changed,and the"dis-tance-voltage,distance digital tube and LCD screen display"test is performed.Pressure,infrared and ultrasonic distance sensors transmit the acquisition signal to the microcontroller for processing and inter-pretation.The feedback signal controls the optocoupler and solid-state relay,drives the steering gear,stepper motor,LED light and voice module,and performs actions such as"running a red light-fall-ing blocking bar","hand off the steering wheel-brake wheel","crossing the 1m spacing line-bright LED flashing red light"and voice warning.This experimental device has the characteristics of modularity,strong operability and rich teaching content,and has broad application prospects.
