为解决贝诺酯生产实验教学中合成工艺复杂、高风险和高费用等问题,基于虚拟仿真技术,结合化工与制药工程设计,按照GMP标准,设计并开发贝诺酯生产实验教学系统.该系统以工程设计为底层建筑,搭建完整贝诺酯生产工艺,通过车间漫游纵览全厂布局、设备仿真熟悉生产设备、车间操作模拟实际生产,提供了从工程核心出发到整厂流程设计最终落脚实景模拟的有层次的知识递进教学过程.有效提高实验教学效果和人才培养质量.
Design of benorilate production experimental teaching system based on virtual simulation
To solve the problems of complex synthesis process,high risk and high cost in the experi-mental teaching of the benorilate production,a virtual simulation experiment teaching system for beno-rilate production is designed and developed based on virtual simulation,chemical and pharmaceutical engineering design and GMP standards.The system includes engineering design module,workshop roaming module,equipment simulation module,production operation module and assessment module to completely reproduce the experimental process of the whole process of benorilate production.The sys-tem can effectively improve the effect of experimental teaching and the quality of talent training.
