数控技术实验课程教学实践

数控技术作为高校机械类专业的必修课程,实验教学愈来愈受到重视.为达到良好教学效果,对数控技术实验课程的教学模式和教学内容进行了研究,设置与理论课程相同的学时数,课程内容包括数控机床软硬件结构认识与分析、数控仿真和数控加工实验三个模块.通过三个实验模块的学习,学生能够熟练掌握典型数控设备的结构特点,加深对数控机床工作原理的理解,能够编制数控加工程序,操作机床完成简单零件的加工和分析.经过近几年的不断探索与实践,取得了良好的教学评价.
Experimental teaching practice of numerical control technology
As a compulsory course for mechanical majors in colleges and universities,numerical con-trol technology has received more and more attention on experimental teaching.To achieve a good teaching effect,the teaching mode and teaching content of the CNC technology experimental curriculum have been studied,and set the same numbers of hours as the theoretical courses.The course includes three modules:understanding and analysis of the software and hardware structure of numerical control machine tools,numerical control simulation and numerical control machining experiment.After stud-ying these three experimental modules,students can master the structural characteristics of typical CNC equipment,deepen their understanding of the working principle of CNC machine tools,compile CNC machining programs,and operate machine tools to complete the processing and analysis of simple parts.After several years of continuous exploration and practice,it has obtained good teaching evalua-tion.
