动物细胞线粒体与骨架染色实验的新探索

传统的细胞生物学教学实验中,动物细胞线粒体和细胞骨架染色通常采用Janus Green B和考马斯亮蓝R250 染色法.为了更有效地观察以上两种细胞成分的分布和形态,用免疫荧光的方法代替了传统方法.使用MitoTracker'线粒体红色荧光探针和FITC标记的鬼笔环肽对两种结构进行染色,并采取"半开放实验"的教学模式,以培养学生思考能力及创新能力为出发点,在充分发挥学生动手能力的同时又培养其科研兴趣;提高了细胞生物学实验教学质量,建立了一套创新型的本科细胞生物学实验教学体系.
New exploration on animal cell mitochondria and cytoskeleton staining experiment
In the traditional teaching experiment of cell biology,Janus Green B staining and Coomass-ie brilliant blue R250 staining were used for the staining of animal cell mitochondria and cytoskeleton.In order to more effectively observe the distribution and morphology of the above two cell components,the method of immunofluorescence was adopted,and the experimental teaching mode of"semi open ex-periment"was used,taking cultivating students'thinking ability and innovation ability as the starting point,so as to give full play to students'practical ability and cultivate their interest in scientific re-search at the same time;it improves the quality of cell biology experiment teaching and establishes an innovative undergraduate cell biology experiment teaching system.
