无刷直流电机控制实验仿真教学平台设计

针对无刷直流电机控制实验现有调制方式带来的上下桥臂开关管开关损耗不均匀、或总开关损耗大、或控制复杂、或成本高的问题,提出一种新型交替单斩调制方式,通过每隔 360°电角度周期对上下管进行交替单斩,可实现上下管损耗一致,且总损耗小、控制简单.并采用MATLAB/Simulink软件,分别建立了基于传统单斩调制方式和基于交替单斩调制方式的无刷直流电机转速电流双闭环控制系统仿真模型;采用MAT-LAB/GUI软件,开发了两种调制方式下的控制系统可视化虚拟仿真实验教学平台.仿真结果表明了新型交替单斩方式的有效性和教学平台的实用性,在满足实验教学开展的同时,也引导了学生的创新思维.
Design of simulation teaching platform for brushless DC motor control experiment
Aiming at the problems of uneven switching loss,large total switching loss,complex control and high cost caused by the existing modulation methods in the brushless DC motor control experiment,a new alternating single-cut modulation method is proposed.By alternating single cutting the upper and lower tubes every 360° electrical angle cycle,the loss of the upper and lower tubes can be consist-ent,the total loss is small and the control is simple.And MATLAB/Simulink software is used to estab-lish the simulation model of the brushless DC motor speed and current double closed-loop control sys-tem based on the traditional single-cut modulation mode and the alternating single-cut modulation mode respectively.MATLAB/GUI software is used to develop the visual virtual simulation experiment teaching platform of the control system under the two modulation modes.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the new alternating single-cut method and the practicability of the teaching plat-form,which not only satisfies the development of experimental teaching,but also guides the students'innovative thinking.
