基于开放实验室的JiTT康复护理实验教学模式探索

在新医科教育背景下,培养学生的思维能力和解决实际问题的能力尤为重要.针对康复护理学实践教学操作内容多、学时少、与临床联系不紧密的困境,在康复护理学实践教学中实施了基于开放实验室的JiTT教学模式.该模式将传统的线下教学模式与线上信息技术相结合,通过将课前准备、课中实施和课后复习建立"反馈环",对学生适时进行监督和信息反馈,并结合开放实验室的管理,突出学生的主体地位及教师的主导作用,实现教学效果的最优化,为实践教学改革提供了新的思路.
Exploration of JiTT teaching mode based on open laboratory in experimental teaching of rehabilitation nursing
In the context of new medical education,practical teaching is given a higher mission and challenge.In view of the difficulties existing in the practical teaching of rehabilitation nursing,Jitt teaching mode based on open laboratory is implemented in the experimental course of rehabilitation nurs-ing.This new teaching mode combines the traditional offline teaching mode with online information tech-nology,establishes a"feedback loop"in the pre-class preparation stage,in class implementation stage and after class review stage,gives timely supervision and feedback,and highlights the dominant position of students and the leading role of teachers in combination with the management of open laboratories,so as to optimize the teaching effect,it provides a new idea for the reform of experimental teaching.
