新时代劳动育人融入工程训练实践教学的探索与实践

结合新时代劳动育人新要求及西北民族大学劳动育人实际情况,分析在工程实践教学中不断丰富其实践教学内容,树立新的劳动育人培养理念、培养模式,建立和营造良好的劳动实践教学环境,激发学生劳动意识、启迪劳动精神、培养学生的劳动创新能力.通过构建综合性劳动实践育人教学平台,将劳动育人融入到工程训练全过程,并建立完善的劳动育人保障体系,有效提升了学生的劳动素养和创新能力,为学生全面发展奠定了坚实基础.实践证明将劳动实践教学融入到工程训练实践课程中不仅培养了学生的动手能力、吃苦耐劳、团结协作能力、热爱劳动、尊重劳动的意识,而且有利于学生自身构筑德智体美劳全面协调发展的实践教育环节.
Exploration and practice of integrating labor education into engineering training practice teaching in the new era
Based on the new requirements of labor education in the new era and the actual situation of labor education at Northwest Minzu University,this paper analyzes the continuous enrichment of practi-cal teaching content in engineering practice teaching,establishes new concepts and models of labor ed-ucation,creates a good environment for labor practice teaching,stimulates students'labor conscious-ness,inspires their labor spirit,and cultivates their labor innovation ability.By constructing a compre-hensive labor practice education platform,integrating labor education into the entire process of engi-neering training,and establishing a sound labor education guarantee system,students'labor literacy and innovation ability have been effectively enhanced,laying a solid foundation for their comprehensive development.Practice has proven that integrating labor practice teaching into engineering training practice courses not only cultivates students'hands-on ability,hard work,teamwork ability,love for labor,and respect for labor,but also benefits students in building a comprehensive and coordinated development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor in practical education.
