管理模式创新和效率提升是高校实验室建设和改革的重点.结合专业特色和现有资源,创新性地将建筑工程领域的建筑信息模型(BIM)理念引入实验室管理,构建可视化管理系统.以二维码技术、射频识别技术为媒介,实现实物与数据库同步.通过可视化系统,进行实验室预约、审批、资产高效管理.进一步创建包含时间维度的 4D进程管理模块,实现设备状态、使用情况以及实验室工作进程的可视化和动态监督.此新型管理模式实施以来产生了良好的效益,为高校理工类实验室管理机制创新和效率提升提供有益参考.
Visual management mode of laboratory based on BIM technology
Innovative management techniques and the improvement of efficiency are the key points of the construction and reform of university laboratories.Combined with professional characteristics and our available resources,an innovative visual management system towards laboratories was created by taking advantage of Building Information Modeling(BIM),a strategy usually used in the field of construction engineering.In the system,Quick Response Code and Radio Frequency Identification technology are used as the medium to connect the objects and the database.Laboratory appointment and approval,as-sets management can be achieved efficiently.Furthermore,to achieve the visualization and dynamic su-pervision of the status and usage of equipment and the progress of laboratory tasks,a 4D process manage-ment module including time dimension was added into the system.This new management technique has produced good benefits since its implementation,which provides a useful guidance for the innovation of management mechanism and efficiency promotion of university engineering laboratories.
