仪器分析化学实验室安全管理探索与实践

在"双一流"背景下,仪器分析化学实验室除了完成常规的仪器分析实验课程,还承担着自主创新设计实验、仪器测试服务和仪器开放共享等多元化任务,实验室安全管理工作的复杂性和难度进一步加大.以化学国家级实验教学示范中心(南开大学)为例,通过完善安全管理规章制度,优化实验教学内容,推行信息化平台技术安全管理,加强师生安全培训,着重特殊设备管理和特殊事件应对,构建了新形势下仪器分析化学实验室安全管理体系.实践表明,此管理体系使实验室安全风险得到了有效控制,为师生打造了安全的实验室环境,保证了实验教学的顺利进行,以期为其他兄弟院校提供安全管理思路和参考.
Exploration and practice of instrumental analysis chemistry laboratory safety management
Under the project"Double First-Class",besides basic courses,the instrumental analysis chemistry laboratory undertakes a variety of tasks such as"self-designed experiment",testing service and instrument sharing,which increases the complexity and difficulty of laboratory safety management.As an example,National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Chemistry(Nankai Universi-ty)has established a safety management system of instrumental analysis chemistry laboratory by impro-ving safety management regulations,optimizing experimental course design,implementing safety man-agement of information platform technology,strengthening safety training of teachers and students,em-phasizing special equipment management and accident response.The practice shows that this manage-ment system has effectively controlled the safety risks of the laboratory,created a safe laboratory envi-ronment to proceed the experimental teaching smoothly.It is helpful to provide safety management ide-as and references for other colleges and universities.
