Security guarantee path of university laboratory under overall national security view
Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee has attached great im-portance to the concept of national security and stressed its implementation on different occasions.La-boratory safety,as one of the microcosmic bases of the overall national security concept,shoulders the heavy responsibility of scientific research and personnel training.This paper analyzes the current situa-tion and reasons of"unsafe"in university laboratories,points out the significance of laboratory safety construction,and tries to construct a"point-line-plane-body"laboratory safety education system from the"four degrees"of having a high degree of political responsibility,a deep safety team,a wide range of safety training and a temperature of safety education.So as to improve the quality and efficiency of laboratory safety.
