The experimental class is deeply loved by students majoring in physical education.The re-search explores the ideological and political elements of the experimental course of physical education specialty,analyzes the main problems,and puts forward the ways to relieve them.The research con-siders that the experimental courses of physical education contain ideological and political elements such as people-oriented,patriotism and life education.There are some practical problems such as weak ideological and political consciousness of PE teachers in experimental courses,insufficient explo-ration of ideological and political elements in experimental courses,single content mode of experimen-tal teaching,etc.It can be alleviated by improving the ideological and political literacy of teachers,digging into the ideological and political elements of the curriculum and enriching the teaching content mode of the curriculum,so as to improve the training quality of physical education professionals and contribute to the construction of sports power and healthy China.
