新工科背景下多元融合分层递进的实践教学探索

新工科背景下,针对"品行、知识、能力、思维"四位一体的工程领导人才培养要求,探索了"多元融合、分层递进"的实践教学模式,将多学科、多课程、多类型实验项目、多种教学方法交叉融合.以"测试传感器技术"教学为例,通过层次化实验教学夯实测试传感技术的基础知识;通过科教融合的综合实验项目,培养学生分析和解决复杂工程问题的能力;通过学科交叉和产教融合的智能制造实验教学,培养学生测试传感技术系统级工程应用能力和利用多学科知识分析解决问题的系统性工程思维.同时,在教学过程中融入思政元素,为培养新工科背景下的工程领导人才提供支撑.
Exploration of multi-integration and progressive practice teaching under the background of emerging engineering education
Under the background of emerging engineering education,in view of the training require-ments of engineering leaders with"character,knowledge,ability and thinking",the"multi-integration and progressive"practice teaching mode has been explored,which combines multi-disciplinary,multi-course,multi-type experimental projects and various teaching methods.Take the teaching of measure-ment and sensor technology as an example,the basic knowledge of measurement and sensor technology is consolidated by hierarchical experimental teaching.The comprehensive experimental project integrating research and teaching is developed to cultivate students'ability to analyze and solve complex engineering problems.The system-level engineering application ability of the measurement and sensor technology and the system-level engineering thinking of analyzing and solving problems using multi-disciplinary knowledge are cultivated through the interdisciplinary intelligent manufacturing practical teaching of in-dustry-education integration.At the same time,in the teaching process,ideological and political ele-ments are integrated to provide support for the cultivation of engineering leaders.
