在新工科背景下,为适应国家战略的调整,针对金属材料热处理实验的现状及不足,从实验教学模式、教学结构、教学方法、过程管理四个方面进行改革探索.建立深度融合虚拟仿真的教学模式,构建依据材料四要素设计的综合创新性实验教学结构,营造"问题情境"式教学环境,加强实验过程的互动方式,改革实验课堂管理,增强实验过程的考核,以此综合提高学生自主学习的主动性,培养学生综合创新能力,提高实验教学效果,为新工科金属材料类人才的培养提供有益的参考.
Improvement and exploration of material heat treatment experiments under the background of new engineering
Under the background of new engineering,in order to adapt to the adjustment of the new national strategy,in view of the current situation and deficiencies of metal material heat treatment ex-periments,reform and exploration are carried out from four aspects:experimental teaching mode,ex-perimental teaching structure,experimental teaching method and experimental process management.Establishing a teaching mode that deeply integrates virtual simulation,building a comprehensive and innovative experimental teaching structure based on the four elements of materials,creating a"problem situation"teaching environment,strengthening the interactive mode of the experimental process,refor-ming experimental classroom management,and enhancing the assessment of the experimental process.In this way,it can improve students'initiative in learning,to cultivate students'innovative ability of comprehensive thinking,improve the effect of experimental teaching,and provide a useful reference direction for the cultivation of new engineering undergraduate talents.
