基于实验教学的学生创新能力培养探索

新形势下高校人才培养需要适应当前社会发展的新需求,以华中师范大学湖北省电工电子实验教学示范中心的实验教学工作为基础,以电子专业的实验教学和人才培养为主要研究对象,探讨如何将创新理念融入电子电工实验教学的中.首先分析了电子电工实验教学改进中引入创新理念的重要性,接着分析了传统电子电工实验在创新上的不足之处,最后从改进教学模式和教学过程、拓宽学生的交流渠道、推进赛学教研结合、提升人文素养、改革考核方式、改进实验室管理等方面对电子电工实验教学改进中融入创新理念进行了探讨.
Research on the improvement of students'innovative ability based on experimental teaching
Under new situations,the talent training of colleges and universities needs to adapt the new demand of the current social development.Based on the experimental teaching of the Hubei Electrical and Electronic Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Central China Normal University and taking the experimental teaching and talent training of electronic specialty as the main research object,this paper discusses how to integrate the innovative concept into the electronic and electrical experi-mental teaching.This paper first analyzes the importance of introducing innovative ideas into the im-provement of electronic and electrical experiment teaching,then analyzes the shortcomings of tradition-al electronic and electrical experiment in innovation.Finally,it discusses the integration of innovative ideas into the improvement of electronic and electrical experiment teaching from the aspects of impro-ving teaching mode and teaching process,widening students'communication channels,promoting the combination of competition,teaching and research,improving humanistic quality,reforming examina-tion methods and improving laboratory management.
