积极探索地方高校实践能力培养新模式,设计认知、基础、高阶等分级模块.引入企业资源,构建校企教育共同体.构建专业教育+价值引领,校内教师+企业导师、校内实训平台+校外实践基地校企联动育人机制,提供类真实校内平台、真实企业的工程环境,重构从问题-设计-案例-项目-成果的全教学过程,凸显综合性、前沿性和挑战度特征.信息化管理,实现全天候学习和指导,实现广泛参与、教学相长,团队互学、自助管理.以结果为导向,培养理想信念坚定、具备复杂工程问题解决能力的应用型技术人才并实现校企可持续良性互动.
Construction of college-corporate cooperation practical ability modular training mode
To explore a new model of practical ability training system of normal university,so design cognition,foundation and high-level hierarchical modules.Draw into enterprise resources and to build college-corporate cooperation education community.Build an education mechanism of professional ed-ucation plus value guidance,professional teachers plus enterprise mentors,campus training platform plus corporate practice base,that's to provide actual or closer to reality engineering environment,re-construct the whole teaching process from problems to plans to cases to projects to achievements,and the progress are characterized by comprehensiveness,frontiers and challenges.Relying on information management,that's helping to realize all-weather learning and guidance,realize extensive participa-tion,mutual learning and self-help management.Result oriented,all of these lead to cultivate appli-cation-oriented technical talents with firm beliefs and abilities to solve complex engineering problems,what's more,to realize the sustainable and benign interaction between college and corporate.
