摘要
目的 探讨巴克无菌敷贴修复手指皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效.方法 对2016年12月-2020年12月收治的31例手指皮肤软组织缺损患者,使用巴克无菌敷贴进行局部换药处理,每天换药1～2次,直至创面愈合.观察创面愈合情况、创面愈合后的皮肤色泽及质地、感觉恢复情况及手部功能情况.结果 31例创面全部愈合良好,愈合时间为14～75d,平均21 d.术后随访平均8(6～24)个月,创面愈合后皮肤色泽分级:显效27例,有效4例;皮肤质地分级:显效25例,有效5例,无效1例;两点辨别觉5～7mm;伤指功能恢复优27例,良2例,可2例,优良率93.5％.无反复破溃,无明显瘢痕增生和挛缩畸形病例.结论 巴克无菌敷贴能有效修复手指皮肤软组织缺损,恢复良好手指外形和功能.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Barker sterile dressing to repair skin and soft tissue defect of the finger.Methods From December 2016 to December 2020,31 patients with finger skin and soft tissue defects were treated with local dressing change with Barker sterile dresing,and the dressing change once or twice a day until the wound healed.Observed the wound healing,skin color and texture,sensory recovery and hand function after wound healing.Results All of 31 cases had good wound healing,the healing time was from 14 to 75 days,with an average of 21 days.After postoperative follow-up of 8(6～24)months,the healing of skin color was obvious effective in 27 cases and effective in 4 cases;skin texture was obvious effectiv in 25 cases,good in 5 cases,and 1 case was invalid;two-point discrimination was 5～7mm;The evaluation of finger function was excellent in 27 cases,good in 2 cases,and okay in 2 cases,excellent and good rate was 93.5％.There were no recurrent rupture and no cases of significant scar hyperplasia and contracture deformity.Conclusion Barker sterile dressing can effectively repair the skin and soft tissue defect of fingers and restore the appearance and function of fingers.
