摘要
目的 探讨应用微型钢板内固定治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折合并肘关节骨折的方法和临床效果.方法 2020年10月-2021年10月,对25例Mason Ⅲ型桡骨头骨折合并肘关节骨折,采用切开复位后微型钢板内固定.结果 术后25例全部获得随访,随访时间12～18个月,平均15个月,骨折全部愈合,肘关节功能恢复良好,无并发症.按照Mayo肘关节功能评分标准进行评分,包括肘关节疼痛(45％)、屈伸活动度(20％)、稳定性(10％)及5个日常生活中的活动项目(25％),即梳头、吃饭、个人卫生、穿衬衣、穿鞋,评分在85～95分,平均90分,优20例,良5例,优良率100％.结论 采用切开复位后微型钢板内固定治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折,可恢复解剖结构完整性,且内置物小,固定牢固,可以早期进行肘关节功能训练,肘关节功能恢复良好,并发症少,临床效果满意,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application and effect of internal fixation with mini-plate in the treatment of Mason Ⅲ radial head fracture combined with elbow joint fracture.Methods Twenty-five cases of Mason Ⅲ radial head fracture combined with elbow joint fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with mini-plate.Results All 25 cases were followed up for 12 to 18 months,with an average of 15 months.All fractures healed and elbow joint function recovered well without complications.According to the Mayo elbow joint function scoring standard,elbow joint pain(45％),flexion and extension activity(20％),stability(10％),five activities in daily life(25％),namely combing hair,eating,personal hygiene,wearing shirts,and wearing shoes,scored 85-95 points,with an average of 90 points,20 excellent,5 good,and the excellent and good rate of 100％.Conclusion The treatment of Mason Ⅲ radial head fracture with open reduction and internal fixation with mini-plate can restore anatomical integrity,has small internal plants and firm fixation.It can be used for early elbow joint function exercise.It has good recovery of elbow joint function with few complications and satisfactory clinical effect,which is worthy of promotion.
