摘要
目的 探讨微型带线锚钉修复闭合性单纯掌板损伤的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2018年6月-2022年7月收治的13例闭合性单纯掌板损伤患者临床资料.所有患者均采用微型带线锚钉修复治疗,并观察术后临床疗效.结果 13例全部成功实施手术,切口一期愈合,无相关术后并发症发生.随访6～24个月,平均(15.31±5.75)个月,患者术前、末次随访时平均疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual analogue scale,VAS)分别为(5.23±1.30)分、(0.69±0.75)分,两者之间比较差异有统计学意义(t=10.91,P＜0.001).术前、末次随访时近侧指间关节活动度分别为(42.85±9.98)°、(98.85±5.41)°,两者间比较差异有统计学意义(t=17.79,P＜0.001).根据中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定:优8例,良5例.结论 微型带线锚钉修复闭合性单纯掌板损伤是一种有效的治疗方式,能够有效减轻患者术前疼痛症状,明显改善手指活动功能,临床疗效满意.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mini-suture anchor nail in repairing closed simple palmar plate injury.Methods The clinical data of 13 patients with closed simple palmar plate injury admitted from June 2018 to July 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were treated with mini-suture anchor nails.The curative effect and prognosis of the patients were observed.Results All 13 patients were successfully operated,and the incisions healed in one stage without any postoperative complications.The patients were followed up for 6 months to 24 months,with an average of(15.31±5.75)months.The average visual analog scale(VAS)of pain was(5.23±1.30)and(0.69±0.75)respectively at the preoperative and final follow-up.The difference between the two times was statistically significant(t=0.91,P＜0.001).The range of motion of the proximal interphalangeal joint of the patient was(42.85±9.98)° and(98.85±5.41)° before operation and at the last follow-up,respectively.The difference between the two times was statistically significant(t=17.79,P＜0.001).According to the trial criteria for evaluation of upper limb function of the Society of Hand Surgery of the Chinese Medical Association,8 cases were excellent and 5 cases were good.Conclusion The repair of closed simple palmar plate injury with mini-suture anchor nail is an effective treatment method,which can effectively relieve the preoperative pain symptoms of patients and significantly improve the functional activities of fingers.The patients are satisfied with the treatment effect.
