重症足损伤多形式功能重建治疗的疗效分析

摘要
目的 探讨重症足损伤多形式功能重建的治疗要点及疗效.方法 选取2010年1月-2020年10月收治的43例重度结构性足损伤患者进行多形式的功能重建治疗,根据具体伤情制定综合修复方案,进行骨和关节连接多形式功能重建可获得运动中骨性稳定和韧性稳定,运用多种类型组织瓣,提供有效的覆盖和深层组织营养支持.结果 术后43例随访1～15年,足间稳定,血运状况良好,末次随访AOFAS评分(82.26±9.56)分,功能优良率为86.04％.结论 重症足损伤多形式功能重建治疗选择应是骨性稳定和韧性稳定的兼顾结合,使患足具备足间柔性缓冲能力,获得更好的舒适度和满意度.
Abstract
Objective To practice and explore the multi-form functional reconstruction treatment of severe foot injury.Methods Selected 43 cases of severe structural injury in foot for multiple forms of functional reconstruction treatmentin our department in January 2010 to October 2020,according to the specific injury comprehensive repair plan was made,bone and joint connection by multiform functional reconstruction could obtain bone stability and toughness stability,using a variety of types of tissue flap,provided effective coverage and deep tissue nutrition support.Results The 43 patients had interfoot stability between 1 to 15 years,with good blood status,AOFAS score(82.26±9.56),and the excellent function rate was 86.04％.Conclusion The treatment choice of severe and severe foot injury should focus on the combination of bone stability and toughness stability,make the affected foot have the flexible interfeet buffer ability,and make the patients obtain better comfort and satisfaction.
