微创Liss钢板经皮微创内固定技术对四肢骨折患者炎性因子及骨折愈合的影响

摘要
目的 探讨微创Liss钢板经皮微创内固定技术对四肢骨折患者炎性因子及骨折愈合的影响.方法 回顾性分析2020年2月-2022年8月本院收治的90例四肢骨折患者病例资料,根据自然数排列顺序采用抽签的方式平分成对照组与观察组,每组各45例,前者实施传统切口复位Liss锁定钢板内固定术,后者实施微创Liss钢板经皮微创内固定技术,对比两组围术期指标、骨折康复效果及炎性因子水平变化情况.结果 观察组在手术用时、术中出血量、骨痂形成时间、骨折愈合时间及住院用时等方面与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组疗效优良率达到88.89％,与对照组的71.11％比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组患者治疗后血清炎性因子水平均得以提升,但组间对比发现,观察组各指标均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 微创Liss钢板经皮微创内固定技术治疗四肢骨折优势显著,骨折康复情况良好,愈合速度加快,减轻炎性应激反应.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of minimally invasive Liss plate percutaneous minimally invasive internal fixation on inflammatory factors and fracture healing in patients with limb fractures.Methods From February 2020 to August 2022,90 patients with limb fracture admitted to our hospital were selected for study,and divided into 2 groups according to the natural number order by drawing lots,that was,45 cases in the control group and the observation group,respectively.The former underwent traditional incision reduction and LISS locking plate internal fixation.The latter group underwent minimally invasive Liss plate percutaneous minimally invasive internal fixation technique,and compared the perioperative indexes,fracture rehabilitation effects and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups.Results There were significant differences between the observation group and the control group in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,callus formation time,fracture healing time and hospitalization time(P＜0.05).The curative effect rate of the observation group was 88.89％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.11％)(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors were increased in both groups,but the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive Liss plate percutaneous minimally invasive internal fixation technique has significant advantages in the treatment of limb fracture,the patient's fracture recovery is good,the fracture healing progress is accelerated,and the inflammatory stress reaction is alleviated.
