关节囊修补联合囊肿切除术治疗踝源性(足母)趾腱鞘囊肿的临床疗效

摘要
目的 观察关节囊修补联合囊肿切除术治疗踝源性(足母)趾腱鞘囊肿的临床疗效.方法 2020年5月-2022年5月收治的7例(足母)趾腱鞘囊肿患者,经踝关节造影术,发现(足母)趾腱鞘囊肿为踝关节源性,行(足母)趾囊肿切除联合踝关节囊破损修补术.结果 7例均获得随访,随访时间17～32个月,平均21.7个月,囊肿未复发.结论 关节囊修补联合囊肿切除术治疗踝源性(足母)趾腱鞘囊肿临床疗效确切,复发率低,学习曲线短,适宜基层推广.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of joint capsule repair combined with cyst resection in the treatment of ankle derived hallux ganglion cysts.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 7 patients with hallux ganglion cysts admitted from May 2020 to May 2022.Ankle arthrography revealed that the hallucis hallux ganglion cysts was of ankle joint origin,and hallucis cyst resection combined with ankle joint cyst repair surgery was performed.Results All 7 cases were followed up,with an average follow-up time of 21.7(17-32)months.The cyst did not recur.Conclusion The combination of joint capsule repair and cyst resection for the treatment of ankle derived hallux hallux ganglion cysts has a definite clinical effect,low recurrence rate,short learning curve,and is suitable for grassroots promotion.
