摘要
目的 探讨拇指桡背侧皮瓣联合示指背皮瓣修复拇指缺损伤的方法及疗效.方法 对天津二七二医院手足显微外科2018年5月-2022年4月收治的25例拇指末节指体皮肤严重缺损患者采用拇指桡背侧皮瓣联合示指背皮瓣的手术方式进行修复.结果 所有皮瓣均成活,成功率100％,术后随访,拇指外形、感觉及活动功能均恢复良好.结论 拇指桡背侧皮瓣联合示指背皮瓣的术式实用性较强,可获得较为满意的疗效,为临床拇指末节缺损伤提供了 一种新的手术方式.
Abstract
Objective To discuss of the dorsal radial flap of the thumb combined with the dorsal flap of the index finger to repair the thumb.Methods The Department of Hand and Foot Microsurgery of Tianjin 272 Hospital had performed the dorsal radial flap of the thumb combined with the dorsal flap of the indes finger to repair,since May 2018 to April 2022 severe skin defects of the terminal finger body for 25 patients.Results All the flaps survived,a more satisfactory effect was achieved,and recovery was maximized,motor function sensation and shape recoved well.Conclusion The technique of dorsal radial flap of thumb combined with the dorsal flap of the index finger is practical,can achieve satrsfactory clincal effect,and provides new technique for the treatment of thumb termind defect.
