摘要
目的 探讨股前外侧皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损的临床疗效.方法 2019年1月-2022年1月,对19例手部软组织缺损患者采用股前外侧皮瓣进行修复.结果 术后19例皮瓣全部成活,随访6～18个月,皮瓣外观良好,质地柔软,痛觉、温觉、触觉均有较好恢复.术后经康复功能训练,手指活动功能及力量基本恢复正常.结论 股前外侧皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损的临床治疗效果理想,可有效恢复手的活动功能及感觉,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of anterolateral thigh flap in repairing soft tissue defect of hand.Methods From January 2019 to January 2022,19 patients with hand soft tissue defect with anterolateral thigh flap.Results All 19 flaps survived,Follwed up for 6 to 18 mohths after surgery,the flap had a good appearance,soft texture,and good recovery of pain,temperature and tactile sensation.After postoperative rehabilitation function exercise,finger activity function and strength were basically normal.Conclusion The clinical treatment effect of the anterolateral thigh flap in repairing soft tissue defect of hand is ideal,which can effectively restore the function and feeling of the hand,and is worth promoting and applying.
