摘要
目的 探讨微型外支架联合交叉克氏针固定治疗第5掌骨远端骨折的应用效果.方法 对2020年1月-2022年1月在盱眙县人民医院接受治疗的30例第5掌骨远端骨折患者,均采用微型外支架联合交叉克氏针固定治疗,并统计术后功能优良率.结果 30例术后均获得6个月完整随访,均未出现钉道感染及固定物松动,患手无疼痛、畸形,活动及肌力好,根据手指总主动活动度(TAM)评分标准评定手部功能:优26例,良4例.结论 采用微型外支架联合交叉克氏针固定治疗第5掌骨远端骨折可取得满意的临床疗效,适宜临床推广使用.
Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of micro external fixator combined with cross Kirschner wire fixation in the treatment of distal fracture of the fifth metacarpal bone.Methods Thirty patients with distal fracture of the fifth metacarpal bone who received treatment at the People's Hospital of Xuyi County from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected,all the patients were treated with micro external fixator combined with cross Kirschner wire fixation.The excellent and good functional rates were statistically analyzed.Results All 30 patients received a complete follow-up of 6 months after surgery,and there was no nail infection or loosening of the fixation.The affected hand had no pain or deformity,and had good movement and muscle strength.According to the total active motion of the fingers(TAM)scoring standard,hand function was evaluated as excellent in 26 cases and good in 4 cases.Conclusion The use of micro external fixator combined with cross Kirschner wire fixation for the treatment of distal fracture of the fifth metacarpal bone can achieve satisfactory clinical efficacy and can be promoted as a suitable clinical technique.
