Objective To explore the pathogenic factors and clinical symptoms of the rice body bursitis and provide a basis for early diagnosis and clinical treatment.Methods Four cases of wrist chronic infection admitted from January 2013 to December 2022 were treated by surgery and the histopathological examination was performed.The characteristics of typical cases were summarized.Results All four patients'image finding,clinical and pathological manifestation complied with rice body bursitis,and the surgical treatment effect was good.The joint function was good without recurrence at the last follow up.Conclusion Routine bacterial culture,mycobacteria culture are recommended,because of diverse clinical manifestations,it should be identified from other diseases.
