Objective To Exploring the clinical efficacy of using dorsal fascia flap to repair skin and soft tissue defects.Methods Sixty cases of skin and soft tissue defects on fingertip were repaired by rotatorg dosal fascia flap on the proximal or middle segment,the triangle or rectangle pedicle remained at the rotation site.Results All 60 flaps survived,follow up for 5～24 months after surgery,the flaps had good looking appearance,the digital function recovered well;the skin graft had no obvious scar at the donor sites.The patients'satisfaction was relatively high.Conclusion The dorsal fascia flap repai for the fingertip defect has the advantages of less injury,high success rate,good looking appearance.It is worthy of recommendation.
