In order to accelerate the development of ice and snow sports in China and to promote the construction of ice and snow sports power,this study summarizes the realistic condition of development of ice and snow sports in China through the methods of literature review and logical analysis.On the basis of the references of ice and snow sports development experience of Norway,the United States and Canada,it proposes the action strategies for the construction of China's ice and snow sports power:to broaden the population base of ice and snow sports to promote the deep participation in ice and snow sports;to make up for the weakness of ice and snow sports resources to promote high-quality development of ice and snow sports;to improve the competitive system of ice and snow sports to raise the competitiveness of ice and snow sports;and to strive to develop the economy of ice and snow sports and improve the scale merit of ice and snow industry to inject the power of ice and snow into the construction of sports power.
