Practical Effects and Development Strategies of PE Teachers'Curriculum Standard Transformation Ability Under the Perspective of New Curriculum Standard
This paper analyzes the connotation,practical effects,internal formation mechanism and development strategies of PE teachers'ability to transform curriculum standards through the methods of literature and logic analysis.It suggests that:first,PE teachers'ability to transform curriculum standards is the unity of the internal psychological cognition and external behavior of the curriculum standards in the process of teaching practice.It can promote PE teachers to carry out the requirements of curriculum standards throughout the teaching process,establish the connection between curriculum standards and PE teaching practice,and enhance PE teachers'teaching abilities based on curriculum standards.Second,it reveals the formation mechanism of PE teachers'transformation ability from"understanding curriculum standards-self-internalization-teaching presupposition-practice reflection",which means that curriculum standards are the starting point of teachers'transformation ability,self-internalization is the guarantee of teachers'transformation ability,teaching presupposition is the key to the formation of teachers'transformation ability,and practice reflection is the completion of their transformation ability.Last,this paper puts forward the development strategies of PE teachers'ability to transform curriculum standards:to establish a learning community to promote PE teachers'recognition and practice of curriculum standards,to give PE teachers professional autonomy in transforming teaching practice of curriculum standards,to carry out action research on PE teachers'ability to transform teaching practices,and to emphasize that PE teachers'consciousness of transforming curriculum standards is the foundation of cultivating transformation ability.
