Foreign Experience and Enlightenment of Policy Coordination of Adolescent Physical Health Monitoring
This paper uses literature,logical analysis and other research methods to conduct research on the policy coordination of adolescent physical health monitoring,and draws inspirations from the market-oriented and multi-agent coordination system in the United States,the government-led and family,school and community joint monitoring model in Japan,and the policy coordination and organizational process guarantee model under the new version of the"System of Labor and Defense"in Russia.It holds that the policy coordination of adolescent physical health monitoring has the contemporary characteristics,such as multiple subjects,government-led,gradual process and limited effects,and the integration of sports and medicine and the cultivation of core literacy should be promoted from the perspective of"society-school-country"relationship:On the level of the society,to promote multiple subjects to participate in it,and to develop the cross-department policy coordination of the integration of sports and medicine;On the level of schools,to cultivate core literacy through the combined action of the dual cycle of"teaching-monitoring";On the level of the country,to optimize the system design through the introduction of the whole supervision chain of"government-led-market supervision-parent supervision"to construct management innovation mechanism for promoting the policy coordination of adolescent physical health monitoring.
