Based on the theoretical perspective of field, through qualitative research methods such as participatory observation and in-depth interviews, this study analyzes the interest demands and practical logic of multiple subjects in field of ice hockey in S city.It suggests that the different interest demands of multiple subjects in field of ice hockey generate specific practical logic;the interest demands of the local government are manifested in political performance and stability, and it occupies the dominant power in field by virtue of political capital, generating dominant habits and the logic of administrative intervention;ice hockey clubs, coaches and parents, who occupy economic, cultural and social capital, are in a weak position in field, and are passive implementers of the rules of field with extremely limited voice;and the main factors restricting the high-quality development of ice hockey in S city are the interest conflicts in policy implementation, the lack of independence of the main action body and the alienation of the behavior of local governments, which promoting paths lie in the reconstruction of field order, the functioning of the role of associations and the reconstruction of governments'habitus.
