乡村体育资源价值化的实践困境与破解之策

摘要
乡村体育资源不仅是乡村公共体育服务高质量供给的基础,而且是体育助力乡村振兴的有效依托,还是"双循环"新发展格局的重要条件.运用文献资料和实地调研等方法,剖析乡村体育资源价值化的实践困境,并探索破解之策.研究认为,乡村体育资源的构成主要包括乡村体育内源性资源和乡村体育外源性资源.为有效破除乡村体育资源价值化机制不畅、协同不力、载体不实、活力不强、转化不深等瓶颈,可通过打造联立效应、深化多元协同、夯实发展载体、激发内生活力、强化人本理念等举措来推进乡村体育资源价值化的实现.
Abstract
Rural sports resources are not only the basis for the high-quality supply of rural public sports services,but also an effective support for sports helping rural revitalization and the important condition for the new development pattern of"double circulation".Using the methods of literature review and field research,this paper analyzes the practical dilemmas of the value creation of rural sports resources and explores the solutions.It suggests that the composition of rural sports resources mainly includes endogenous and exogenous ones.In order to effectively break the bottleneck of the value creation of rural sports resources,such as impeded mechanism,insufficient coordination,poor carrier,weak vitality and superficial transformation,the value creation of rural sports resources can be realized by building the joint effect,deepening the multi-coordination,consolidating the development carriers,stimulating the endogenous vitality and strengthening the humanistic concept.
