Stance Differentiation,Boundary Determination and Regulation Paths of the Intervention of Science and Technology in Competitive Sports
Emerging science and technology have greatly boosted the high-quality development of competitive sports around the world,and also brought new risks and challenges to the development of competitive sports.How to delimit the boundary of the application of science and technology and construct the appropriate regulation system is a major problem for competitive sports at present.Using the research methods such as literature review and logical analysis,this study expounds the stance differentiation,boundary determination and regulation paths of the intervention of science and technology in competitive sports.It finds that the intervention of science and technology in competitive sports has two sides in following or deviating from the competitive purpose,defending or destroying fair competition,and liberating or infringing human nature.It holds that unconditional openness and undifferentiated expulsion are two kinds of bigotry that violate the law of development of competitive sports,and the middle way is to maintain the moderate intervention of science and technology in competitive sports;and the intervention of science and technology in competitive sports should take fair competition as direct limit and people-orientation as indirect limit.The regulation paths of the intervention of science and technology in competitive sports are as follows:to promote the humanistic spirit and return to the essence of competitive sports;to take ethical governance first and improve the ethical governance system of sports science and technology;and to strengthen rules and constraints and improve the self-discipline specification of the sports industry.
