Personal Information Protection of Sports Stars in China from the Perspective of Digital Governance
Digital governance,as an advanced paradigm of modern governance,can enhance the quality and efficiency of personal information protection for sports stars in China.Using research methods such as literature review and logical analysis,this paper explores the value implications and practical difficulties of protecting personal information of sports stars in China,and proposes an era approach for protecting personal information of sports stars in China from the perspective of digital governance.It finds that implementing personal information protection for sports stars is beneficial for improving the practical effectiveness of governing sports according to law,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of sports stars,and promoting the in-depth development of sports digital reform.The personal information protection of sports stars in China still faces practical difficulties such as difficulty in legislation coverage,difficulty in determining responsibility,and difficulty in ensuring security.According to these,it suggests to improve the legislative coverage of personal information protection,monitor the entire process of personal information protection for sports stars,and accelerate the penetration of digital governance concepts into the sports field at the top-level design level;to cultivate the digital literacy of sports stars through education,achieve standardized protection of personal information by professional organizations,and include social members on media platforms in the participation of governance at the level of collaborative governance;and to reconstruct the classification mechanism of information collection,raise the security threshold of information transmission,and ensure the security quality of information storage at the level of digital empowerment.
