Logic and Paths of Constructing Digital Governance System of Sports Industry Under the Background of Chinese-Style Modernization

摘要
构建体育产业数字治理体系事关中国式现代化与数字中国建设,对推动体育产业高质量发展与体育强国建设具有重要意义.本文立足于中国式现代化背景,探究体育产业数字治理体系构建的要素构成、逻辑理路与实现路径.研究认为,体育产业数字治理体系的构成要素主要包括制度、技术、数据、渠道、人才.体育产业数字治理体系的构建遵循以模式创新引领体育产业数字治理模式转型、以技术赋能推动体育产业数字治理理念重塑,以及以多元共治促进体育产业数字治理主体协同的逻辑理路.构建路径:发挥制度优势,奠定高质量发展基石以逐步夯实基础;促进技术整合应用,凸显要素重组优势以持续提升动能;推动政企务实合作,加大主体参与力度以不断凝聚主体力量.
Abstract
The construction of digital governance system of sports industry is related to the construction of digital China and Chinese-style modernization,which is of great significance to promote high-quality development of sports industry and the construction of a sports power.Based on the development background of Chinese-style modernization,this paper probes into the elements,logic and paths of constructing digital governance system of sports industry.It argues that the main components of digital governance system of sports industry are systems,technologies,data,channels and talents.The construction of the governance system follows the logical paths of leading the transformation of digital governance model of sports industry by model innovation,promoting the reconstruction of digital governance idea of sports industry by technology empowerment and promoting the collaboration of digital governance subjects of sports industry by multiple co-governance.Constructing paths:giving full play to the institutional advantages and lay footstone for high-quality development;promoting the integrated application of technology and highlight the advantages of factor reorganization to enhance momentum;and promoting the pragmatic cooperation between governments and enterprises and increase the participation of main body to consolidate principal forces.
