From Game to Collaboration:Realization Paths of Sports Grounds Opening Governance in Urban Schools
The opening of sports grounds in urban schools is an important measure to make good use of the sports facilities around the masses and to ease the problem of"where the masses go for fitness".Based on the theory of collaborative governance and the analysis method of game theory,this study reveals the formation logic of the dilemmas of opening sports grounds in urban schools to society,analyzes the implementation effects of relevant national policies and the multiple game relationships among local governments,various functional departments and schools.After concluding the opening experience of school sports grounds in Xiamen City,it is found that the value concept of livelihood sports can effectively promote multiple interest subjects from game to collaboration,and helps local governments integrate the elements of collaborative governance and implement a high-level promotion governance structure,institutional arrangement for sharing political achievements,collaborative action matching rights and responsibilities,and a practical scenario of technology empowerment,which can realize a good collaborative governance effect of school sports grounds opening.
