Process Logic and Governance Paths of Relationship Network Embedding in China's Informal Sports Organizations in New Era
Developing interactive effects among members at different levels in informal sports organizations by utilizing embedding strategies of relationship network is a significant task for reforming the organizational structure under the background of the national strategy of nationwide fitness in new era.Currently,informal sports organizations face dilemmas such as weak internal governance,unstable group structures,inadequate resources,and limited sports service function.This study categorizes informal sports organizations into order-oriented and interest-oriented ones based on their organizational structure attributes and change features of key tasks,and takes the establishment and growth stages of these organizations as main focus on the needs of"rules"and"innovation"in group interactive performance at each stage of their development.By analyzing the horizontal and vertical logic of relationship network embeddedness,it is concluded that order-oriented informal sports organizations are influenced by integration and establishment of mechanical and organic structures from formal organizations,while interest-oriented ones are driven by resource integration needs and social demands.The consultation network contributes to"order"behavioral performance while the friendship network facilitates"innovation"behavioral performance.Based on all these,governance paths are concluded to prioritize relationship network embedded elements within informal sports organizations to provide strong governance momentum for order maintenance through coupling institutional elements,and to establish a stable governance structure with resources through emotional element aggregation.
