Logical Approaches,Realistic Dilemmas and Practical Paths of"Institution-Digitization"Dual-Wheel Driving Intelligent Governance of National Fitness
Intelligent governance of national fitness is of great significance in promoting the modernization of sports governance and building a sports power.Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,the study explains the basic connotation,logical approaches,realistic dilemmas and practical paths of"institution-digitization"dual-wheel driving intelligent governance of national fitness,so as to provide theoretical support and practical basis for the realization of intelligent governance of national fitness.The study concludes that the"institution-digitization"dual-wheel driving intelligent governance of national fitness is a comprehensive governance process driven by both institutions and digital technologies.Adhering to people-centered and results-sharing as the logical starting point,the process drives the intelligent governance of national fitness through the normative leading and supervision and incentives of the regulations,the precise decision-making and interactive sharing of digital technology,and the complementarity and synergy between the regulations and digital technology.The intelligent governance of national fitness still faces some actual dilemmas such as unsound legal system,incomplete governance mechanism to be improved,prominent digital divide and contradictions between data sharing and privacy protection.Accordingly,the practical paths are proposed to improve the legal system so as to promote the construction of the rule of law in intelligent governance,to perfect the governance mechanism so as to enhance the efficiency of governance,to bridge the digital divide so as to promote social equity,and to balance data sharing and privacy protection so as to optimize the services of intelligent governance.
