Development Opportunities,Supply-Demand Contradictions and Solutions for Preschool Physical Education Teachers in China in the New Era
In order to accelerate the construction of preschool physical education teacher teams in the new era,to meet the requirements for the physical and mental health development of young children,and to promote the high-quality development of preschool physical education,based on the theory of supply and demand,this paper conducts an in-depth and systematic research on the development opportunities,supply-demand contradictions and solutions for preschool physical education teachers in China.It suggests that due to the shortage of relevant policies,fragmented training systems and lagging professional development levels on the supply side of preschool physical education teachers in China,the demands for teacher standardization construction,high-quality development of preschool physical education,and professional development in kindergartens cannot be met,resulting in supply-demand contradictions.The solutions are proposed:adhering to the comprehensive leadership of the Party in the training of preschool physical education teachers,and establishing a policy system for ensuring the education of preschool physical education teachers;improving the training system for preschool physical education teachers and strengthening the high-quality development of preschool physical education in the new era;consolidating the foundation of professional development for preschool physical education teachers and meeting the new needs of diversified development in kindergartens.
