Chinese Modernization of School Physical Education:Logic Exploration,Contemporary Reflections and Action Paths
Guided by the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress,the central task is to advance the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through the Chinese path to modernization.Through the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explores the developmental logic of Chinese modernization of school physical education(PE),and proposes strategic paths through contemporary reflections.It reveals that the development logic of Chinese modernization of school PE encompasses four aspects:humanistic care in school PE stimulated by individual modernization,the element reconfiguration in school PE triggered by productive transformation,innovation activity in school PE nourished by cultural introspection,and identity construction driven by global governance.The contemporary reflections on Chinese modernization of school PE are made from four dimensions:the restoration of humanistic values as focal points,the release of the potential energy of new quality productive forces,the enhancement of efficacy in inheriting traditional Chinese sports,and the cultivation of discourse advantages in Chinese school PE.The action paths to the Chinese modernization of school PE include steadfastly maintaining a'Chinese-style'stance to consolidate the human-centered values of school PE;accelerating'Chinese-style'transformation to expeditiously establish a digital educational ecosystem for school PE;highlighting'Chinese-style'culture to solidify the cultural foundations of school PE with distinctive Chinese characteristics;and distilling'Chinese-style'experiences to provide references for models of school PE modernization worldwide.
