Exploration of the Cultivation of Teachers'Ethics of PE-majored Normal College Students in the Perspective of Professional Accreditation
Following the standards and requirements of professional accreditation for teachers,this study utilizes the research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to systematically clarify the connotations,logical rationales,and practical strategies for the cultivation of teachers'ethics of PE-majored normal college students.It suggests that the cultivation needs to abandon the previous training logic of emphasizing management,lecturing and persuasion,and to instead follow a logic that is more in line with the internal generation of individual moral self.It is necessary to closely focus on the normative dimension of the development of teachers'ethics of PE-majored normal college students in the perspective of professional certification,and to construct an internal logic framework for their ethical cultivation based on"value orientation-paradigm breakthrough-realization dimension".In specific practical strategies,it is necessary to focus on the breakthroughs in goal orientation,casting soul with body,curriculum construction,education and teaching,assessment and evaluation,education practice and other aspects.
