Realistic Dilemmas and Practice Pathways on Integration of Sports and Medicine in Communities Through Digital Grid Management
Grid management,as a grassroots governance model with Chinese characteristics,plays a crucial role in the development of integration of sports and medicine in communities.Using methods such as literature reviews and field surveys,this paper explores the logical mechanisms of digital grid management empowering the integration of sports and medicine in communities,analyzes the realistic dilemmas,and proposes practice pathways.It suggests that digital grid management provides driving force for the integration of sports and medicine in communities from the perspectives of management models,grid division,digital technology and meticulous management.The dilemmas in the integration of sports and medicine in communities include four main aspects:unsound interdepartmental collaboration mechanisms and low efficiency in health governance;mismatched supply and demand of sports and medicine resources and poor quality of health services;inadequate functionality of management platforms and insufficient digital technology support;limited range of health service content and weak personalization of health needs.Based on these findings,this paper proposes the practice pathways from four aspects:enhancing interdepartmental collaboration to refine mechanisms for cooperative synergy;integrating community resources to optimize the allocation of sports and medical resources;leveraging digital technology to improve the health management platforms;and enriching service offerings to optimize community service models.
