Elemental Structure,Practical Bottlenecks and Relief Strategies of Development of New Model on Exercises for Health Promotion from the Perspective of Active Health
Using the methods of literature review and on-the-spot investigation,based on the diamond model,this study analyzes the elemental structure,interaction mechanism and local practice experiences of the development of new model on sports for health from the perspective of active health,examines the bottlenecks of local development,and puts forward the relief strategies.Currently,the practical bottlenecks of the development of new model on exercises for health in China include that:the policy system at the governmental level needs to be refined with unestablished coordinated development mechanism;there is a lack of guarantee for the supply of services at the level of factors of production with the weak capacity of factors of production;the health cognitive concept at the level of conditions of demand is solidified with the insufficient awareness of health management;the external supportive environment at the level of factors of organization needs to be improved with the insufficient vitality of organizational factors;and the health industrial chain at the level of supportive industries is not sound without matched service supply.Accordingly,the following relief strategies are proposed:enhancing the empowering role of government and improving the policy and institutional guarantee mechanism;strengthening the empowering role of high-level factors of production and improving the talent cultivation and guarantee system;deeply exploring the health needs of the whole population and improving the health promotion and guarantee system;creating a high-quality health service environment and building a mechanism for synergistic cooperation among multiple subjects;and expanding the supportive industries and promoting the matching of supply and demand on hardware and software.
