Digital and Intelligent Governance of High-Quality and Balanced Development of School Physical Education in China
Digital and intelligent transformation is a key support for the modernization of education and empowers the high-quality and balanced development of school physical education in the new era.Based on the background of the development of education informatization,with the methods of literature review and logical analysis and the modern governance model of digital and intelligent transformation,this study explores the mechanisms,dilemmas and pathways for the high-quality and balanced development of school physical education so as to provide the references for this in China.It concludes that the development of school physical education in China faces several challenges,including insufficient institutional support for digital and intelligent education,low-level integration of digital and intelligent technologies,uneven distribution of digital and intelligent resources,and conflicts of interest among the subjects involved in digital and intelligent governance.Accordingly,the following practical pathways are proposed:strengthening institutional supports for digital and intelligent education to optimize its mechanisms for the high-quality and balanced development of school physical education;improving the application foundation of digital and intelligent technologies to motivate the driving forces behind it;optimizing the allocation of digital and intelligent resources to innovate its development models;and coordinating the relationships among the subjects of digital and intelligent governance to enhance its structural framework.
