In recent years,driven by national policies,school physical education has gradually shifted from the margins to the center of education,showing an inevitable trend of transition.This study based on the theory of collaborative education,analyzes the bottlenecks and practical pathways in the transition of school physical education.The findings reveal that current school physical education faces several bottlenecks including the lack of systematic knowledge structure in the teaching content,the incomplete institutional system in the"teaching,practicing and regular competition",and the poor promotion efficiency in the"family-school-community"collaboration.In response,the study puts forward the executable pathway:in the future,it is necessary to open up both internal and external pathways for the high-quality development of school physical education.Internally,this involves fostering a campus culture that values physical education and encourages regular exercise,a family atmosphere that fully mobilizes all members,and a community environment that promotes nationwide fitness.Externally,it involves establishing a collaborative and symbiotic education system of"family-school-community",a mechanism for resource sharing and information exchange,and forming a model of a sports and health community to provide a technical pathway for the high-quality development of school physical education.
