By using research methods such as literature and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the connotation,logical paths and key obstacles of new quality productive forces empowering high-quality development of sports tourism industry,and puts forward practical paths.According to it,the high-quality development of sports tourism industry empowered by new quality productive forces emphasizes scientific and technological innovation as core driving force,green development concept as value orientation,integrates and innovates the production factors of policies,technology,talents and data,and drives the supply chain of sports tourism industry into intensification,management chain digitization,value chain greening and high efficiency of allocation chain.However,it still faces some key obstacles such as insufficient integration and support of policy elements,insufficient upgrading and application of technical elements,insufficient quantity and quality of talent elements,and insufficient mining and utilization of data elements.Based on this,the practical paths are put forward:improving the policy system to ensure the stability of empowerment;optimizing the technological innovation environment to enhance the effectiveness of empowerment;improving the talent training system to ensure the sustainability of empowerment;and cultivating the data factor market to improve the accuracy of empowerment.
