Connotation,Actual Value and Practical Approaches of Consistency of"Teaching-Learning-Evaluation"in Physical Education and Health Classes Under the Guidance of Core Competency
Realizing the consistency of"teaching-learning-evaluation"is a key path to deepen the reform of physical education and health curriculum teaching,which can provide strong teaching guarantees for cultivating students'core competencies in physical education and health,improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching and promoting the professional independent development of grassroots physical education teachers.The study suggests that the consistency of"teaching-learning-evaluation"in physical education and health classes refers to the consistent goal orientation of core competencies in physical education and health throughout the process of teaching design and implementation.And the elements of"teaching,learning,and evaluation"in the expected,perceived and operational levels of classes must maintain consistency in competency objectives.Taking Level 4 basketball teaching as an example,the study elaborates on the practical approaches to the consistency of"teaching-learning-evaluation"in physical education and health classes:1)To analyze the concept of competency goals from curriculum standards,physical education textbooks and student learning situations to form expected classroom competency goals;2)To establish learning objectives and set up a classroom learning effectiveness evaluation framework,after concretizing and categorizing competency goals,to build up learning paths and tasks;3)To adhere to the classroom teaching thinking based on the core competency of sports and health to achieve the interconnection of"teacher teaching-student learning-class evaluation"in the implementation of teaching;4)To strengthen teaching reflection on the consistency of"teaching-learning-evaluation"on the three levels of physical education and health classes.
