分子筛选择性吸附脱除硫化氢的研究进展

氢燃料电池的兴起为氢气纯化领域带来新的挑战.氢气中痕量硫化氢(H2S)对燃料电池中Pt/C催化剂的不可逆毒化作用,推动了 H2S深度脱除的研究工作.但目前能达到燃料电池级氢气要求的H2S脱除研究的报道相对较少,通过对常规H2S的吸附脱除研究现状进行系统梳理,重点概述沸石分子筛如斜发沸石、A型、X型、Y型和其他类型分子筛及其改性分子筛在H2S吸附脱除领域的研究进展,简要介绍本课题组在H2S深度脱除方面的研究进展,以期为燃料电池中氢的纯化提供技术思路.
The emerging of hydrogen fuel cells has brought new challenges to the field of hydrogen purification.The irreversible toxication of trace H2S in hydrogen on Pt/C catalysts in fuel cells has promoted the research of deep H2S removal.However,there are relatively few reports on the research of H2S removal that can meet the requirements of fuel cell grade hydrogen.Through systematically reviewing the research status of conventional H2S adsorption and removal,the paper focuses on the research progress of zeolite molecular sieves such as clinoptilolite zeolite,A-type,X-type,Y-type and other types of molecular sieves and their modified molecular sieves in the field of H2S adsorption and removal,and briefly introduces the research progress of the research group in deep H2S removal,so as to provide technical ideas for the purification of fuel cell hydrogen.
