Dividing wall column(DWC)is a typical intensified equipment for chemical processes, and has significant advantages in energy conservation and reduction of equipment investment. However,it is rarely used in the field of refinery industry.Based on the real boiling point distillation results of hydrocracking jet fuel, the study targets at the process of preparing different grades of light white oil by fractional distillation. On the basis of the conventional fractionation process(FP),A dividing wall column fractionation process(DWC-FP)and a double partition dividing wall column fractionation process(DPDWC-FP)are proposed.Rigorous steady-state distillation models have been established for FP,DWC-FP,and DPDWC-FP,respectively.Then,the above processes were optimized by the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm NSGA-Ⅱ when using the total annual cost(TAC)and reboiler load as the objective functions. Results indicate that DWC possesses energy-saving advantages when applied to the separation of petroleum fractions, and the DPDWC-FP process can achieve the separation of four products in a single column.Compared with FP,the TAC of DWC-FP and DPDWC-FP was reduced by 19.61%and 24.09%,respectively.
