摘要
由于社会经济的发展及人们生活条件的改善,肥胖患者越来越多,对公共健康和公共卫生事业造成了严重威胁.本研究综述了口腔菌群与肥胖的关系,并从口腔菌群影响味觉敏感性、诱发炎症反应、调节宿主代谢及改变肠道菌群等方面对引起肥胖的机制进行了总结,试图为肥胖的预防和治疗提供新思路.
Abstract
Due to the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living conditions,the number of obese patients is increasing,which poses a serious threat to public health and public health services.This article reviews the relationship between oral flora and obesity,summarizes the mechanism leading to obesity from the aspects of oral flora affecting taste sensitivity,inducing inflammatory response,regulating host metabolism,and changing intestinal flora,and aims to provide new ideas for obesity prevention and treatment.
