离子色谱法测定工作场所空气中8种羧酸类化合物

目的 建立同时测定工作场所空气中8种羧酸类化合物的离子色谱方法.方法 空气样品由硅胶管采集,加入10 ml超纯水在60 ℃水浴5 min,再超声10 min进行解吸.解吸液使用ICS-5000离子色谱仪,经Dionex IonPac AS11-HC高效阴离子分离柱分离,抑制型电导检测器检测,保留时间定性,峰面积定量.结果 方法的标准曲线的相关系数在0.9992~0.9999之间;检出限在0.006~0.3μg/ml(进样量25 µl);以采样体积为4.5 L计算,该方法的最低检出浓度为0.02~0.6 mg/m3;方法 重现性好,相对标准偏差为0.30%~4.8%;模拟样品的加标回收率为95.8%~105%;硅胶管的平均解吸效率大于95.7%.在4℃下甲酸、乙酸能稳定保存5 d,丙酸、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、氯乙酸、二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸能稳定保存7 d.结论 该方法快速、灵敏且准确,适用于工作场所空气中甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、氯乙酸、二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸这8种羧酸类化合物的测定,测定结果可应用于职业接触水平的评估及其分类控制.
Determination of 8 kinds of carboxylic acids in workplace air by ion chromatography
Objective To establish an ion chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of 8 kinds of carboxylic acids in workplace air.Methods The air samples in the workplace were collected by a silicone tube,desorbed with 10 ml pure water which was added to a water bath at 60℃ for 5 min and then sonicated for another 10 min.The absorption liquid was directly filtrated and separated by Dionex IonPac AS11-HC anion column,and detected by the suppressed conductivity detector.The qualitative and quantitative analyses were based on retention time and peak-area respectively.Results The method had the good linearity for the eight carboxylic acids,and the correlation coefficients were between 0.9992 and 0.9999.The detection limits were in the range of 0.006-0.3 μg/ml(with the injection volume being 25 μl).The minimum detectable concentration of the method ranged from 0.02 mg/m3 to 0.6 mg/m3 when the sampling volume was 4.5 L.The method had good reproducibility,with the relative standard deviations of 0.30%-4.8%.The recoveries of standard addition for simulated samples were 95.8%-105%.The average desorption efficiency of the silicone tube was above 95.7%.Formic acid and acetic acid samples could be stably stored at a temperature of 4 ℃ for 4 days,while samples of propionic acid,acrylic acid,methacrylic acid,chloroacetic acid,dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid could be stably stored at a temperature of 4 ℃ for 7 days.Conclusion The method is rapid,sensitive and accurate,and it is suitable for simultaneous determination of 8 kinds of carboxylic acids,namely,formic acid,acetic acid,propionic acid,acrylic acid,methacrylic acid,chloroacetic acid,dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in workplace air.The detection results can be applied to assessing occupational exposure levels and classification control of the above-mentioned carboxylic acids.
